This cacao nice cream is the perfect healthy dessert!

It’s sugar free, vegan and gluten-free and simply tastes amazing!

You can make this cacao smoothie bowl using a high- speed blender , but an immersion blender will do job just fine.

Letting the sliced, frozen bananas sit out pn the counter for 10 minutes beforehand makes the blending easier and will protect your appliances.

I don’t add any sweetener. Just homemade peanutbutter. And also you can find my peanutbutter recipe on my web site or my youtube channel. Maybe u wanna check this:)

2 Frozen Sliced Banana

1/4 Cup unsweetened Almond Milk

1-2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

•( 1 for a mild chocolate flavor, 2 for a more intense flavor)

Optional: Honey, agave syrup



I used homamade peanutbutter, chocolate gojiberry, almond, dried apple, hash hash.



1- Let the frozen banana slices sit out on counter 10 min for easier blending.

2-Blend the banana and Almond Milk.

3-Add the cacao powder and blend until well combined.

4-Transfer the nice cream to one regular bowl ( if u have a coconut bowl, it will be so nice:))

5-Sprinkle with yout favorite top-pings and ENJOY!


Ps: Trust me , cacao and peanutbutter together is pretty much favorite ever!
